Once the name is approved and all consents and identity documents are in hand, a straightforward incorporation is usually lodged the same week and often approved within a few business days. Applications with corporate shareholders or regulated activities can take longer, and we will give you a realistic range at intake rather than an optimistic one.

Yes. A large part of the work at the bench is reconstruction. We reconcile the registers, catch up the bookkeeping in agreed stages and prepare any outstanding filings. Tell us the last date you are confident about and we will work forward from there.

We confirm the scope and the fee before any work begins, and we do not start a station that you have not approved. If the scope changes during the engagement, we stop and confirm the new fee first. There is no charge for the initial conversation or the written outline that follows it.
